Epicatechin (EC) is a natural plant flavanol compound with the chemical formula C15H14O6. White crystal, soluble in water, methanol, and epigallocatechin (EGC), catechin gallate (CG), epicatechin gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) are collectively referred to as catechins. It is an isomer of each other with catechin.
Function
