Diazoalkylurea can be used in retention and washout products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, hair conditioners, liquid cosmetics, and eye cosmetics, and is approved by the United States and the European Union. The general addition amount is 0.1-0.3%, which is better when added below 50 ºC. It can be used in conjunction with Nipagin esters and IPBC to enhance its anti-corrosion effect.
